Our wide range of core equipment produces shell or cold-box cores to match any casting design, and our modern in-house pattern shop ensures seamless tooling development and maintenance.
Our efficient 70-ton-per-hour metal melting facility provides automatic pouring and coordinated hot metal transfer throughout the shop. Our metallurgical laboratory verifies chemistry of the gray iron by spectrographic analysis. We perform standard mechanical tests and metallographic analyses to meet customer requirements.
